The Jupiter Reef Club began sales in 1983, and resales continue to this day. Feel free to visit the onsite resales office for any questions you may have. There are 31 units total on the property, with each unit divided into 51 weeks for sales (one week is retained for maintenance).  Become an owner and enjoy year round amenities.  Ask us for details.

The unit/weeks are owned fee simple and are closed through the mail using a title company and licensed broker. Vacation ownerships are sold in weekly increments, Saturday to Saturday, and give the owners exclusive use of the unit/week for a specific period of time each year.  Owners are also entitled to year-round use of the amenities, subject to the rules and regulations.
