Office Staff
All of our office staff works as hard as possible to ensure complete customer satisfaction. They are also talented at performing the various clerical and administrative duties required to maintain efficient and quality operations at the Reef Club. Renee and Amanda were hired as front desk staff by 'Jo' Moore, and have learned quickly and have made their way up the ranks. There is an absolute need for an on-site bookkeeper who is attentive and consistent. Our owners deserve nothing less. Renee was recently promoted to this position, and given her attention to detail and dedication, I have no doubt that she will prove to be an asset to the association. She is also trained in front desk duties, and assists when possible and necessary, which adds more value to her employment. Amanda is the rental clerk, and guest services manager. There really is not much she can't handle: from general inventory to detailed unit inspections to customer relations. Renee and Amanda are also technically savvy which has made implementation of new rental/bookkeeping software and procedures MUCH less time intensive.
Virginia has been an employee at the association for quite some time. She works at a local college full time, and works weekends at the Reef Club. I know many owners and guests look forward to seeing her, and I thank Virginia for her years of service and willingness to adapt to new procedures and software in place at the Reef Club. Sylvia is the newest member of the team, but her contributions are important. She helps oversee the cleaning staff/process and also helps fill in during the week.
Maintenance Staff
The maintenance staff at the Reef Club are always working their hardest to not only maintain the property, but to improve it whenever and wherever possible. Martin Jr., Martin, and Sarbelio are the full-time, primary members of the maintenace team. Francisco, Wilder, and Andres work Saturdays to help complete any intrusive or noisy maintenance work and/or landscaping in the most expeditious fashion. Wilder has been working several days during the week to help speed up maintenance work in the units during the Reef Club's slow time. Sarbelio began his employment here as a landscaper only. While he still oversees these activities, he has, over time, become an extremely valued member of the maintenance team. Martin Jr. and Martin are also extremely important to maintaining the property. Martin Jr. is the newest member, but is quickly gaining experience and has a knack for fixing various items in the units.
Martin is not only an effective maintenance supervisor, but he also has a gift: he is a talented artist. This shows in just about all the work he performs. Here he is below painting a new mural in the outdoor womens' restroom during a rainy day.
Housekeeping Staff
Our Housekeeping team consists of Jessenia, Lorenza, Gilma, Glenda, Cindy, Martha, Laura, Yolanda, Irene, Juliana, Edna, Marleny, and Eneida. (Bolded team members are present in the above photo.) Eneida is responsible for the day to day operations of housekeeping including any mid-week unit cleanings, while the rest of the team works on Saturdays to perform the essential function of preparing every unit for re-occupancy. The most sincere thank you to every member of this team: they work their hardest to meet and exceed our owners' and guests' expectations. This shows in the association's comment cards.
JRC "Sales Director"
The vast majority of our owners know Debbie Cates, who has been handling the resales of our timeshares for almost 18 years. Thank you for everything you do, Debbie. The resales department is a very positive and important aspect of our association. To view her units for sale or for more information, please click the "Sales" link located in the navigation menu of the website.
"Porter" Staff
"Porter" Staff are responsible for checking people in and out of the property, checking parking, attending to guests needs when the office may be closed, and so on. Jay is from Maryland, and now lives nearby which has helped fill in any gaps in coverage. Brad lives locally as well, enjoys sports, and has a curiously delicious hobby: bread making. Thank you guys!
