Jupiter Reef Club Owners,
The seawall project that has been years in the making has finally begun! The Board of Directors and Seawall Committee worked tirelessly to see this major reconstruction come together. As the furthest seaward property in the vicinity, the Jupiter Reef Club’s existing seawall may be traced back to the 1950’s when it was the Juno Ranch and “grandfathered in” the most exclusive property in the region.
The undertaking of this critical project will increase the structural longevity of the Jupiter Reef Club while also improving aesthetics. Local media outlets have been notified to inform beach patrons of the seaward construction activities. Click here to read an article from the Palm Beach Post.
The seawall work is anticipated to last six months. During this period, all amenities will remain open. There will be times when access to the upper patio deck, north, and south sides of the property will be restricted. The south parking lot is now closed to be used as the contractors’ staging site. To ensure all weekly visitors have a spot to park, reserved parking spaces are now being assigned to residing unit owners and renters at check in. Please remember only one parking space will be issued per unit and daily parking is not available throughout the duration of the seawall project. Thank you for your understanding and support. I look forward to providing you continued updates throughout the progression of this exciting property advancement.
